Electronic Appliance Wire & Cable

These are insulation coated electrical wires and cables used in electronic and electrical equipment. They are composed of a conductor and cover and those comply with the UL standard, CSA standard and the regulation for electrical appliance are used. Previously, PVC materials were used for electrical wire and cable covering with heat resistance up to 105 degrees celsius, but recently, halogen-free electrical wires and cables that do not use PVC or plasticizers have been used.
Furukawa Electric has carried out R&D on covering materials for many years and has commercialized products such as the heat resistant electrical wire and cable BEAMEX and the halogen-free electrical wire and cable ECOACEPLUS and ECOBEAMEX.
