Taking advantage of its solid technological foundation consisted of environment-responsive technology, polymer material processing technology and thermal management and mounting technology, the Ecology & Electronics Laboratories which started operation in 2010 spinning off from the former Ecology & Energy Laboratory, aims at creation of new products and new businesses based on consistent solution proposals.

Message from the Manager
The Ecology & Electronics Laboratories is carrying out research activities to fulfill the mission of "developing environment-friendly new products based on organic materials and their processing and application technology, thereby contributing to society." Specifically, we consider that realization of low-carbon society and resource recycling society is becoming an important research theme to be accomplished on the technological platform comprising the polymer materials and their processing technology, high-frequency design technology, high-density mounting technology and thermal control technology. In view of this consideration, we are engaged in the development of a new energy transportation pipe that is currently drawing attention for its strong relationship with electronics, environment, housing materials and resource development such as LNG.
