| Basic Insulated Winding Wire FSX-E |
| "FSX-E" is coated with a basic-insulation
layer around a polyurethane enamelled copper wire and designed for TNV
(Telecommunications Network Voltage) circuit devices. Basic Insulated
Winding Wire "FSX-E" has a prominent feature: no need of interlayer
insulation tape or barrier tape between the primary and secondary coils
of a transformer. This merit of FSX-E serves to downsize or compactify
transformers, and promises high production efficiency and cost
reduction. "FSX-E" paves the way to designing the most modern TNV
transformers. |

Features |
 |
- Conforming to Basic Insulation under IEC and UL
- Falling into Index Class A (105°C for UL) or
Class E (120°C for CSA and VDE)
- Rated at 354V peak or DC of max working voltage
- Soldered without any insulation layer bared (stripped)
- Having extremely fine conductor diameters of 0.10 to
0.19mm

| Basic Insulated Winding Wire "FSX-E" is
characterized by an extruded insulation layer of modified polyester
thermal-resistant resin designed and developed to aid solderability and
eliminating the need for stripping (without being removed) by Furukawa
Electric, which is extruded on UEW (a polyurethane enamelled copper
wire). |
