  • MCPET and MCPOLYCA can be easily cut and bent.
  • Cutters and scissors are also available.
  • Half pressed line will enable you to bend the sheet easily.

Forming

  • Match molding is recommended to thermoform MCPET.
  • Since MCPOLYCA is based on a non-crystalline resin, vaccum molding is also available.

The temperature conditions shown above are the recommended temperature conditions when forming MCPOLYCA. When forming MCPET, use of the matched mold method and setting of the sheet surface temperature to 200ºC and the metallic mold temperature to 170ºC is recommended.
