  1. Repair & inspection

    We provide repair and inspection for your FITEL Fusion splicers and the related tools. Repair and inspection is done in our Technical service center located in Chiba prefecture in Japan. Or our service engineer visits to customer site and provides on-site service.

    Measuring instruments that are used for repair and inspection are calibrated according to the national standard.

  2. Technical support

    Our service engineers support customers for the questions about Fusion splicer, Tools and instalation of optical fibers.

  3. Training

    We provide the product training if the customer requests. In addition, we hold the training sessions of general knowledge about construction of optical network.

  4. Spare parts

    We stock the spare parts for repairing Fusion splicers and Tools quickly. Some spare parts are sold to the customers.

  5. Voice of Customers

    Voice of Customer is very important for us. We collect it to improve the quality of products and to develop the new products.

Expiry date of support

We provide the service of repair, inspection and technical support for 6 years after the product is terminated.

Inspection certificates

After repairing or inspection of product, we can provide the Inspection certificates as a chargeable service if the customer requests.
