Connection work procedure
Apply lubricant to the rubber seal on the male side.
Apply lubricant to the inner connecting surface of the female side
Connect the units by inserting the male side into the female side.
(Note) Ensure that the connection is straight to avoid any risk of dislodging the rubber seal.
(Note) Apply lubricant firmly to the rubber seal on the male side and inner connecting surface of the female side. Insufficient coating may cause the packing to come off during insertion.
(Note) EFLEX Straight does not include a pilot wire, please use a suitable wire or rope to install cables.
(Note) Please do not use the product where a large amount of water enters the pipe.
(Note) We cannot guarantee the product if it is used in conjunction with a product from another company.
Parts of EFLEX Straight
In addition to the existing EFLEX system, two new components are available.
Long Bellmouth
When connected to a chamber,
the male side/chamber wall connection does not require EPOXY putty.
Temporary lid
Prevent deposits from entering the duct during installation.
