In addition to existing customer support centers in Japan (Chiba) and Thailand (Ayutthaya), we plan to open a new center in North America (Detroit) in order to build a support system that will satisfy our customers. We are also considering establishing a base in China.

In addition to on-site support from each location, telephone support is also available during nighttime hours to provide various maintenance services so that customers can use fiber lasers with confidence.
