We have established customer support centers in Japan (Chiba), Thailand (Ayutthaya), and North America (Detroit) in order to build a support system that will satisfy our customers. In addition to on-site support from each location, telephone support is also available during nighttime hours to provide various maintenance services so that customers can use lasers with peace of mind.
We also conduct processing tests in our Application Lab and have service contacts at overseas affiliated companies.
