Mr. Jun Furukawa, Senior Fellow of The Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd., Selected for Membership of the α/β Society

Mr. Jun Furukawa, Doctor of Science and Engineering, Senior Fellow of the Furukawa Electric Group company The Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City; President and Representative Director: Shinichi Ono), has been selected to be the 25th member of the α/β Society, which is composed of researchers and engineers who have made significant contributions to the development of lead-acid batteries. This is the first time an Asian has been selected for membership of the organization.
