Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. to convert Okano Cable Co., Ltd. into a wholly owned subsidiary
Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of additional shares of Okano Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Okano Cable”).
As a result of the above, Furukawa Electric now holds 100% of outstanding shares, and Okano Cable has become a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Going forward, we will continue to leverage the expertise and resources of both companies to further strengthen our competitiveness.
